Isaacks & Associates, Ltd., LLP is a Houston-based law firm led by Wayne Isaacks and Nawaz Ukani — both CPAs and attorneys — who serve as independent ESOP Trustees. Today, our practice is devoted full-time to ESOP trustee work.
Before focusing on ESOP trusteeship, we advised business owners for most of our professional lives on entity formation, tax planning, federal tax disputes, M&A, and contracts, and began establishing ESOPs as Tax and ERISA counsel in 2000. Our dual training as CPAs and attorneys enhances our ability to evaluate financial, tax, and legal dimensions of ESOP transactions.
